Richard has managed commercial and residential property for many years, handling tenant relations, building upkeep and financial oversight. At Pioneer Estates he oversees day-to-day property management, carries out site visits, coordinates contractors and runs the company's financial operations.
Sam Fairbrother
Sam looks after the operational side of Pioneer Estates, keeping supplier and contractor relationships strong and making sure clients and occupiers are well looked after. Her focus is on smooth day-to-day administration and clear, responsive communication.
